The Process

1. Design & CAD

We start with brainstorming and move to Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to visualize mechanisms before cutting a single piece of metal.

2. Prototyping

We build rapid prototypes using wood, 3D printed parts, and cardboard to test concepts quickly and fail fast.

3. Programming

Our software team implements autonomous navigation using sensors, computer vision, and PID control loops for precise movement.

4. Testing & Iteration

Rigorous driver practice and stress testing help us identify weak points and improve the robot throughout the season.
